Everyone is different, so every plan is too. After meeting and discussing what you need, we’ll suggest a route back to optimal health and wellbeing — and stay with you while you follow it.
A short questionnaire and an unhurried discussion — in person, or by Zoom or FaceTime if that suits you better.
One therapy or several used together, chosen for you and aimed at the cause of the problem rather than the symptoms alone.

Founder Bryan Cobbold is a certificated Master of eight healing systems, including Reiki and Helen Belot Sekhem, and teaches both internationally. Whether you come for a treatment, an ASYRA test, a workshop or a full course, you’ll get honest guidance and time for every question.
